Security

Internet Express protects customer equipment through a multi-level security protocol. Internet Express' facility is staffed 24 hours a day, and is monitored by digital video cameras. Access to the facility is controlled by digital card readers and limited to designated customer employees with photo identification badges and Internet Express support staff. Access to the colocation floor is further restricted by biometric identification systems.
