Windows ME Dial Up Networking Setup
1.
- Click on Start, then Settings, then Dial-Up Networking.
2.
- Double click on Make New Connection.
3.
- Type in "Internet Express" for your connection name, and click
Next.
4.
- Type in the phone number to dial up to, and click Next.

- Right click on Internet Express. Left click Properties.
7.
- Left click on Networking. Make sure your screen matches the
one above.
8.
- Click TCP/IP Settings. Make sure your screen matches the one
above.
9.
- Right click the connection, and left click Create Shortcut.
10.
- When Windows asks you if you'd like to create a shortcut, click
Yes.
11.
Click on link back to Internet Express.
12.
- Type in your Username and password, and click Connect. If you
are calling outside of San Diego County, type your username @ixpres.com.
