Microsoft Outlook 97 Set-up

1.

• Click on START, then PROGRAMS,
• then Microsoft Outlook.
• Select "Tools" and then "Services."

• Now push the "Add" button and select "Internet Mail" and press "Ok."
• NOTE: If "Internet Mail" is already there, highlight it and select "Properties", and move on to the next step.

• Under Full name, enter your name.
• Under E-mail address, enter your e-mail address.
• Note: Your e-mail is your username@ixpres.com.
• Under Internet Mail server, enter mail.ixpres.com.
• Under Account name. enter your username.
• Under Password, enter your password.
• Then press the "Connection" tab located at the top.

• Choose "Connect using a modem."
• In the drop down list below choose your Internet Express Connection.
• Then select "OK."

5.

• Now close Microsoft Outlook.
• Re-open it to check your mail.
• Select "Tools" and then "Check for new messages" and your all done!
