Outlook Express 4.0 Set-up

1.

  • Click on START, then PROGRAMS,
  • then Internet Explorer,
  • then Outlook Express.
  • Once Outlook is open, select Tools, then Accounts.

2.

  • Now push the "Add" button,
  • Then choose Mail.

3.

  • Enter in your Full Name.
  • Press "Next".

4.

  • Enter in your e-mail address.
  • NOTE: If you don't know your e-mail, it's your username@ixpres.com.
  • NOTE: "Username" is the name you connect to the internet with.
  • Choose Next

5.

  • Fill out the screen exactly like you see it here. Then press "Next".

6.

  • Under Pop account name, enter your username.
  • Under Password, enter your password.
  • Then press "Next."

7.

  • Select "Next" again.

8.

  • Choose "Connect using my phone line."
  • Then choose "Next."

9.

  • Choose "Use an existing dial-up connection."
  • Then in the box below choose "Internet Express."
  • NOTE: The name may vary depending on what you titled your connection.
  • Finally, choose "Next."

10.

  • Select "Finish."
  • Then push "Close."
  • And your all done!
  • NOTE: To check your e-mail press "Send and Recieve."
